Detox and Yoga Weekend Retreat
with Gabriela
Devon, UK

Jan 20-22, 2012

This unique detox & yoga weekend with Gabriela includes a special detox diet and yoga asana sequences, kriyas (yogic cleansing techniques) meditation, pranayama and reflection to help you get rid of junk on physical, mental and emotional level. Practiced for centuries in yogic and shamanic traditions detoxification is about stimulating, cleansing, and nourishing the body-mind system from the inside out. During the cleanse you'll forgo substances and habits that contribute to liver overload such as processed foods or alcohol. Our thoughts and emotions, when negative or repressed, can also be as unhealthy as a poor diet or substance-addicted lifestyle. Through meditation and contemplation we will address the issues related to stress and stagnant mental patters which strain our nervous system and keep us away from our optimal health. This retreat will detox, relax and strengthen your body, mind and heart. It will leave your radiating your inner Divine light and joy which is your birthright and the ultimate goal of every yoga practice.

Voted by Tatler Magazine as one of the world's top 101 spas in 2011,  Yeotown is an inviting 18th century farmhouse set on 50 acres of rolling organic farmland in the Snapper Valley situated between Exmoor and the dramatic North Devon coast. The retreat’s boundary is a trout filled river running gently across the property just a stones throw from some of the most beautiful beaches. Yeotown is surrounded by an abundance of nature.

The facilities at Yeotown are beautiful yet relaxed and informal. Generally the accommodation is shared and all bedrooms are comfortable and stylish with an ensuite bathroom. Single accommodation is possible depending on availability. Massage and spa treatments are highly recommended and available at extra cost.

Cost: 495.00 GBP incl. yoga, accommodation, food, (practical) lecture on nutrition
