Soul Freedom: Yoga as a path to liberation (BITTE IN PINK)
From the moment we are born we start forgetting our true loving nature and the bliss of Oneness. Taught and trained to believe only in materiality, we start creating our identity based on limited form, name, or belonging to a group that acts and looks like ourselves. We then spend most of our lives defending that false identity.
Through different yoga practices we can reverse this process by forgetting our limited form and remembering our unlimited Self, our innate goodness, our ability to burn with love, to pulse with passion, to courageously sit in the fire until everyone is free. This is the ancient, universal goal of all yoga practices: the state of jivanmukta: the soul freedom in this very life time.
The immersion includes an empowering blend of yoga philosophy, primarily Yogasutra & Bhagavad Gita, chanting, asana, pranayama, meditation & mindfulness practices & restorative yoga.
This will help you:
* Create a joyous life with purpose and passion
* Re-invigorate and re-energize your asana & meditation practice
* Detox, relax and strengthen
* Deepen the understanding of yoga philosophy and how to incorporate the teachings into everyday life
* Enhance teaching skills if you are already a yoga teacher
• Learn how to become a spiritual activist
• Develop an energetic understanding of alignment and yoga poses & assists
